GENERAL INFORMATION

The SONOLINE G20™ ultrasound system moves value and performance to the forefront. This ultra-portable, powerful ultrasound solution combines superb grayscale image quality, workflow enhancements, ergonomics and proven SONOLINE reliability.

SYSTEM ARCHITECTURE

The next-generation, all-digital architecture of the G20 system is designed to offer class-leading grayscale imaging performance.

DIMAQ-IP integrated workstation provides digital acquisition, storage, review and transfer of ultrasound studies. Studies can be reviewed and quantified on-board, stored on the 40GB HDD and transferred to the built-in CD R/W for cost-effective archival.

Embedded DICOM connectivity provides simple installation of DICOM Print/Store and DICOM Modality Worklist options.

The all-digital system architecture enables seamless integration of optional features to enhance productivity such as Tissue Harmonic Imaging (THI) and TGOtissue grayscale optimization technology.

TRANSDUCER TECHNOLOGY

Ultra-sensitive, wideband transducers, matched with user-selectable MultiHertz multiple frequency imaging, improve resolution and penetration. Depending on the transducer, the user can select up to five 2D and THI frequencies expanding the clinical versatility of a single transducer, and thereby maximizing transducer investment.

The DIMAQ-IP integrated workstation allows for digital acquisition, storage and review of complete ultrasound studies, including static images as well as measurements, calculations and reports. Embedded DICOM allows for easy integration of the system into departmental or hospital-wide PACS.

Replay of digitally stored images in a selectable 1 -up, 4-up, 9-up or 1 6-up screen format. The patient study screen allows for study selection, search, and deletion or for export to CD-R.

TGO Tissue Grayscale Optimization Technology

With a single button push, TGO technology instantaneously adjusts the imaging parameters to the tissue type being imaged. By removing the need for time-consuming and operator-dependent manual adjustments, TGO technology improves the consistency and quality of ultrasound imaging and enhances productivity.

Tissue Harmonic Imaging (THI)
